Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to the company’s employees in order to effectively resolve level 2 problems.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

  • Provide IT support to the 125 employees of the local office
  • Support the rest of the employees in Canada as needed
  • Perform workstation configuration, imaging, upgrades, etc.
  • Stay on top of the latest IT trends and identify solutions to recurring problems
  • Work within a team of 5 to 10 IT technicians and system/network administrators
  • Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, ITSM Freshservice

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of the ITSM Freshservice ticketing system (asset)
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • English required
