Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to the company’s employees in order to effectively resolve level 2 problems.
MORE PRECISELY
- Provide IT support to the 125 employees of the local office
- Support the rest of the employees in Canada as needed
- Perform workstation configuration, imaging, upgrades, etc.
- Stay on top of the latest IT trends and identify solutions to recurring problems
- Work within a team of 5 to 10 IT technicians and system/network administrators
- Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, ITSM Freshservice
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory)
- Knowledge of the ITSM Freshservice ticketing system (asset)
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- English required
