The IT Technician (Level 2) will be responsible of managing the infrastructures and providing technical support for the various clients of the company, mainly SME.
Manage customer IT infrastructure and upgrades;
Manage priorities, process requests, and work within a team of 4 IT technicians;
Make various recommendations and coordinate the installations (hardware and software);
Ensure the IT security of each client and ensure the stability of the systems;
Write various management reports and keep technical documentation up to date.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, G Suite, VPN;
Knowledge of IP telephony and networking;
Comfortable in small, medium and large infrastructure;
Technological versatility, curiosity and resourcefulness;
Excellent client facing, interpersonal skills and communication skills;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
