The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting the company’s clients regarding to Level 2 technical issues and the establishment of optimal infrastructure.
Solve various problems on computers, softwares, networks, etc .;
Contribute to the migration of domains and Microsoft 365;
Carry out updates and maintenance of infrastructures;
Set up security policies (MFA implementation, Active Directory synchronization, etc.);
Maintain technical documentation and identify solutions to recurring problems.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
Level 2 IT support experience;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
Relational skills and strong in customer service;
Be open to traveling to clients as needed;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
French required, basic English.
