The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting the company’s clients regarding to Level 2 IT issues.
Provide quality service and support around 2,000 users spread over 3 sites;
Solve various problems on computers, tablets, cameras, software, network, etc .;
Work with environments mainly on Windows 10, Microsoft 365 and Cisco;
Maintain technical documentation and identify solutions to recurring problems.
5+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
Level 2 IT support experience;
Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365;
Relational skills, strong in customer service;
Versatility and desire to learn;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required and functional English).
