The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting internal employees across Canada, more specifically on level 2 IT support.
Provide IT support to employees and ensure effective problem solving;
Support software, mobile and peripheral configurations and maintenance;
Manage the company’s IT infrastructure (workstations, printers, telephony, POS systems, etc.);
Work in a team composed of a level 1 technician as well as an IT supervisor;
Work in a Windows, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365 environment.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft Office;
Experience in a retail environment and POS system (asset);
Communication skills, team spirit and autonomy;
Open to 24/7 support on rotation;
Priority management and problem solving skills;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
