The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s customers in order to effectively resolve level 1 and 2 problems on the road.
Perform level 1 and 2 IT support for various clients;
Carry out the repair on site, at the company’s customers;
Work in a Microsoft 365 environment;
Work in an IT team of 25 people made up of Technicians and System Administrators.
1+ year of experience as a Computer Technician;
Good knowledge of level 1 and 2 technical support;
Experience in Microsoft 365 environment;
Impeccable customer service and good communication skills;
DEC or AEC in computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
