The IT Technician will be responsible of providing level 1 and 2 technical support to company employees (approximately 300 workstations spread over 12 sites).
Respond to user requests and resolve problems effectively;
Provide technical support on various applications and computer hardware;
Configure user accounts and workstations, then ensure updates;
Participate in infrastructure deployments and work in collaboration with the System Administrator;
Work in a Windows, Microsoft, Hyper-V, Veeam Backup, CISCO environment.
1+ year of experience as an IT Technician;
Good technical knowledge;
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel);
Communication skills and excellent customer service;
Collaborative and proactive spirit;
DEP in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required and functional English).
