The IT Technician will be responsible of providing level 1 and 2 technical support to company employees (approximately 400 users at 8 sites).
Respond to user requests and resolve problems effectively;
Provide technical support on various applications and computer hardware;
Configure user accounts and workstations, then ensure updates;
Participate in infrastructure deployments and work in collaboration with the System Administrator;
Work in 80% support and 20% projects mode, in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good technical knowledge and mastery of Microsoft 365;
Communication skills and excellent customer service;
Collaborative and proactive spirit;
DEP in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
