The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s clients in order to effectively resolve level 1 and 2 problems.
Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for various clients;
Configure workstations, monitor repairs, backups and updates;
Work 80% in support mode and 20% in project mode;
Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and identify solutions to recurring issues.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service;
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams), Active Directory;
Knowledge of the Track-It ticketing system (asset);
Experience in a corporate environment;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
French required, functional English.
