Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT technician (Level 1) will participate in the installations as well as the technical support of office automation and telephone solutions in the company.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Offer a reliable and fast troubleshooting service by phone or email;

Assist other technicians with various requests (incidents, service requests and information requests, etc.);

Work in a company with more than 500 users;

Provide impeccable customer service according to company standards.

 

 

PROFILE

3+ years of experience as a Computer Technician;

Professional experience in Windows environment;

Good knowledge of OneDrive, ServiceNow, Cisco, Citrix Workspace, Lenovo, VMware Remote Console;

Experience with Apple and Samsung mobile devices;

Have very good customer service;

DEC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
