PROFILE
3+ years of experience as a Computer Technician;
Professional experience in Windows environment;
Good knowledge of OneDrive, ServiceNow, Cisco, Citrix Workspace, Lenovo, VMware Remote Console;
Experience with Apple and Samsung mobile devices;
Have very good customer service;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
