The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s 200 employees to effectively resolve level 1 IT problems.
Respond to employee requests, diagnose incidents and keep documentation up to date;
Configure new workstations, then manage the inventory of computer equipment and the fleet of cell phones;
Ensure the proper functioning of conference rooms with Microsoft Teams Room Devices;
Create and manage accounts in Active Directory;
Administer the company’s telephone system;
Work within a team of 6 IT Technicians.
2+ years of experience as a IT Technician;
Professional experience in level 1 technical support;
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory;
Experience in managing the inventory of a computer park;
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room Devices (asset);
DEP in computer support or the equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
