Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s 250 employees to effectively resolve level 1 IT problems.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Support users remotely or on site, with a ticketing system;

Maintain various computer equipment and software systems;

Create and manage accounts in Active Directory;

Work within a team of 5 IT technicians.

 

 

PROFILE

2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;

Professional experience in level 1 technical support;

Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365, including Outlook;

Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, Citrix XenApp, Cisco Jabber (assets);

Good stress management skills and team spirit;

Open for working hours from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm;

DEP in IT support or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
