The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s 550 employees to effectively resolve level 1 issues.
Provide telephone support, document requests and identify solutions to incidents;
Support users on company hardware and software;
Work within a team of approximately 6 IT technicians;
Work in a Microsoft 365 environment.
1+ year of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience with a ticketing system;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
Comfortable in a corporate environment;
Communication skills, professionalism, resourcefulness;
Spirit of collaboration, patience;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
