The IT Technician will be responsible of setting up computers and supporting company employees for all the Level 1 requests.
Provide technical support (hardware and software) to employees;
Install, configure and maintain computer equipment and software;
Provide quality customer service to effectively resolve employee issues;
Prepare new workstations and keep them up to date.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Canada;
Experience in internal support in a company;
Good knowledge of Windows 10;
Knowledge of SCCM (asset);
Initiative spirit and proactive;
DEP in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
