The IT Technician will be responsible of dispatching tickets and supporting users in a managed services company, more specifically on the level 1 and 2 technical support.
Prioritize and assign tickets with the ticketing system;
Provide IT support to users and ensure effective problem resolution;
Support software, mobile and peripheral configurations and maintenance;
Work in a team composed of two technicians and five system administrators;
Work in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
2+ years experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure and Cisco environments.
Experience on the road in a managed services company (strong asset);
Open to being on the road occasionally;
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;
Autonomy, ambition, reliability and good ability to prioritize;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
