The IT Technician will be responsible of providing level 1-2 technical support to users and maintaining IT equipment to ensure business performance.
Provide IT support to customers and internal users;
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (computers, video systems, cameras, networks, etc.);
Ensure the maintenance of the network and system infrastructure;
Produce statistical reports and carry out investigations.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of networking, cabling, IP addresses;
Knowledge of the Microsoft, Dell, CISCO environment;
Be open to occasional travel and hold a valid driver’s license;
Knowledge of SQL and server/network administration (strong assets);
Autonomy, resourcefulness and versatility;
Be open to 24/7 support, on rotation;
AEC or DEC in IT support, or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
