We are currently looking for an IT Technician Level 1-2 for a 12+ month contract with possibility of being renewed.
Level 1 and 2 computer support to users mainly remote, with Zendesk ticketing system, Windows environment, and Microsoft 365. Computer preparation, configuration, and technical support.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician, strong communication skills, thoroughness, and excellent customer service. French required, functional English.
