Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to 150 users, working closely with another IT Technician and a Network Administrator. 

 

MORE PRECISELY 

 

  • Support employees on the company’s hardware and software;
  • Create access, validate malware, configure printers, and manage passwords;
  • Maintain workstations and work in a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environment;
  • Maintain the IT hardware inventory, licenses, and contracts;
  • Participate in new user training and technical documentation.

 

 

PROFILE 

 

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
  • Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, IP Telephony, VPN, and VMware environments
  • Good communication skills and collaborative spirit;
  • Autonomy, self-taught, and eager to learn;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • DEC in IT support or equivalent;
  • Bilingualism required (French, English).
