Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to 150 users, working closely with another IT Technician and a Network Administrator.
MORE PRECISELY
- Support employees on the company’s hardware and software;
- Create access, validate malware, configure printers, and manage passwords;
- Maintain workstations and work in a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environment;
- Maintain the IT hardware inventory, licenses, and contracts;
- Participate in new user training and technical documentation.
PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, IP Telephony, VPN, and VMware environments
- Good communication skills and collaborative spirit;
- Autonomy, self-taught, and eager to learn;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- DEC in IT support or equivalent;
- Bilingualism required (French, English).
