IT Technician

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support in a company of approximately 500 employees, spread across several sites in Quebec.

MORE PRECISELY

• Respond to employee inquiries about IT issues encountered
• Document requests in the ticketing system
• Carry out the installation, configuration, and updates of workstations
• Participate in access management, technical documentation, and user procedures
• Contribute to various IT infrastructure improvement projects

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
• Professional experience with Microsoft 365 and good knowledge of Teams collaborative rooms
• Strong technical knowledge in computer equipment, networking, and software support
• Comfortable in a corporate environment
• Professionalism, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• Rigor, versatility, sense of organization and good management of priorities
• DEP or DEC in computer science or the equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
