IT Technician

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for technical support to the various clients of the company, mainly SMEs.

MORE PRECISELY

• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve technical issues
• Contribute to infrastructure overhaul projects and deployment of cybersecurity tools
• Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, FortiGate
• Work within an IT team of approximately 10 people

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Professional experience with FortiGate (strong asset)
• Customer service skills and good team spirit
• DEC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
