The IT Technician will provide technical support to a hundred employees to effectively resolve level 2 and 3 problems.
Support users on the company’s hardware and software (web, mobile, ERP, CRM);
Document requests in the ticketing system and identify solutions to complex incidents;
Participate in updating the IT equipment to ensure optimal management;
Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Apache, SAP.
5+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Professional experience in Level 2 and 3 technical support;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365, Windows, and Azure environment;
Professional experience in hardware and software support;
Communication skills, positivism, and good adaptability;
Knowledge of SAP and/or Apache (strong assets);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism is required (French and English).
