The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s 90 employees.
Respond to tickets, provide solutions, and escalate them to the next level if the issue is complex;
Support users on the company’s computer hardware and software;
Ensure the IT reception of each new human resource of the company;
Work in a Microsoft 365 Clio, QuickBooks, Payworks, WatchGuard and Firebox T70 environment;
Work closely with the IT Director.
1+ year of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in Microsoft 365 environment;
Good knowledge of Clio, QuickBooks and Payworks (asset);
Very good customer service and ability to work in a team;
DEP in computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
