The IT Technician will be responsible of preparing workstations and supporting the employees of one of the company’s main clients for all Level 1 and Level 2 requests.
Provide technical support (hardware and software) to employees;
Install, configure and maintain computer equipment and software;
Provide quality customer service to effectively resolve employee issues;
Prepare new workstations and keep them up to date.
2+ years of experience as a IT Technician;
Experience in a Windows environment;
Good knowledge of Active Directory;
Desire to touch everything and deepen one’s knowledge;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
