The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to company employees in order to effectively resolve level 1 and 2 problems.
Provide IT support for various offices across Canada, including that of Montreal;
Perform workstation configuration, imaging, upgrades, etc.;
Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ITSM Freshservice;
Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and identify solutions to recurring problems;
Work within a team of 5 to 10 people (technicians and administrators).
3+ years of experience as a Computer Technician;
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service;
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams), Active Directory;
Knowledge of the ITSM Freshservice ticketing system (asset);
DEC in computer support or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
