The IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to the company’s customers in order to effectively resolve level 1 and/or 2 problems.
Work 50% in support mode and 50% in project mode;
Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for various clients;
Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco, Meraki technologies;
Configure workstations, monitor repairs, backups and updates;
Stay on top of the latest IT trends and identify solutions to recurring issues.
2 to 6 years of experience as an IT Technician;
Interest in solving Level 1 and 2 problems, or only Level 2;
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service;
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams), Active Directory, Windows;
Knowledge of networking, such as Cisco and/or Meraki products (strong asset);
Technological versatility, team spirit, desire to learn;
Be open to travel about 20% of the time to clients in the greater Montreal area);
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
