The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting 3300 users of the organization in order to effectively resolve technical issues.
Assist users with hardware and software issues;
Carry out the creation of software packages and deployments;
Install, configure and maintain workstations (computers, tablets, peripherals, etc.);
Create user accounts and manage password reset.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in the administration of iPad tablets;
Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, MAC OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory;
Experience in installing and configuring SCCM and MDT tools;
Experience in creating software packages;
Available to work from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on site;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required and basic English).
