The IT Technician will be responsible of managing the infrastructures and providing level 3 technical support for various SME clients of the company.
Design the architecture of the IT infrastructure (system/network) and upgrades;
Manage priorities, process level 3 requests, and support L1-2 technicians;
Make recommendations and coordinate the installations (hardware and software);
Ensure the IT security of each client and ensure the stability of the systems;
Write various management reports and keep technical documentation up to date.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft365, G Suite, VPN, VMware, Hyper-V;
Knowledge of IP telephony, CISCO, SonicWall, Linux (assets);
Technological versatility, curiosity and resourcefulness;
Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and communication skills;
Experience in pre-sales or IT sales (strong asset);
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
French required, functional English.
