The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting the 75 users of the company, concerning technical problems of levels 1 and 2.
Provide support in person, by phone and remotely;
Ensure the IT performance of the three offices (Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa);
Work in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment;
Help the IT Director in various IT projects.
3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in level 1 and 2 support, in multisite mode;
Very good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365;
Be open to occasional travel to Ottawa and Quebec City (approximately 5% of the time);
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
