The IT Technician will be responsible of providing Level 2 technical support for the company to more than 500 users around the world.
Provide IT support to employees and solve effective problem solving;
Manage the company’s IT equipment (workstations, printers, telephony, servers, cards, etc.);
Maintain the inventory of computer equipment, maintenance contracts and licenses;
Participate in various projects: migration of versions, migration of mobile solutions, updates, etc .;
Work in a Microsoft environment and in a team with another technician and an administrator.
4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows 7-8-10 and Windows Server 2008-2012-2016;
Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DFS, Exchange 2016;
Experience in small or medium enterprises;
Interest in eventually becoming a System / Network Administrator (asset);
Availability to be on rotation for 24/7 support;
Good communication skills;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
