The IT Support Technician will be responsible of providing level 1 and 2 IT support to company employees (approximately 1000 people in North America).
Resolve incidents mainly remotely and by phone;
Keep technical documentation up to date and participate in user training;
Work in a Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory environment;
Work closely with another technician and the IT Director.
2+ years of experience as an IT Support Technician;
Level 1 and 2 IT support experience;
Excellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
