The IT Support Technician will be responsible of remotely supporting company’s clients regarding Level 1 IT issues.
Provide quality service to employees of small and medium-sized businesses;
Support around 4000 workstations spread over more than 160 sites;
Work in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
Work in a team of around 10 IT Support Technicians.
1+ year of experience as an IT Support Technician;
Professional experience in level 1 IT support;
Interest in a weekend schedule (Friday 5-9 p.m., Saturday/Sunday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.);
Possibility of doing weekday evenings 5-9 p.m. for a full-time position if desired;
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365;
Technological versatility and desire to learn;
Relational skills, strong in customer service;
DEP in computer science or equivalent;
