Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Support Team Manager will be responsible for managing an ERP system support team for the company’s various clients.
MORE PRECISELY
- Ensure constant monitoring and effective resolution of customer queries via the ticketing tool
- Manage customer support, prioritize emergencies, and assign requests
- Maximize the performance of the support team and ensure high quality customer service
- Coach the team, solve complex problems, and contribute to their development
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support
- Professional experience in team management
- Knowledge of Sage X3 (strong asset)
- Leadership and strong spirit of collaboration
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
