Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Support Team Lead will be responsible of managing a team of 7 IT technicians spread over two sites (Montreal and Quebec City) to support the company’s 350 employees.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Ensure the management of the team of IT Technicians (Levels 1 and 2) and the management of priorities;

Act as a technical resource person in order to propose solutions to recurring problems;

Work in a Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Active Directory environment;

Ensure compliance with customer service standards and manage the ticketing system;

Maximize the performance of the IT support team and ensure optimal operation.

 

 

PROFILE

5+ years of experience as an IT Technician;

Professional experience in team management;

Experience in Windows environment, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory;

Knowledge of a ticketing system, ideally FreshService;

DEC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
