The IT Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 10 IT technicians and leading the company’s IT support activities at the national level.
Ensure compliance with existing processes and optimize the use of tools;
Establish best practices in technical support and resource management;
Coach technicians to provide high quality service;
Promote a proactive approach, continuous feedback and collaborative spirit;
Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.
7+ years of experience in IT;
2+ years of experience as a Support Manager;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010;
Knowledge of computer networking (asset);
Experience in the legal field (strong asset);
Skills in a demanding and pressured environment;
Strong customer service skills;
University degree in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
