Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing software licenses and the IT infrastructure of a company of approximately 60 people specializing in the development of video games.
MORE PRECISELY
- Buy and negotiate licenses, create accounts, keep them up to date and delete unused licenses
- Ensure that all employees have the correct licenses to work
- Maintain IT equipment, manage suppliers, and order the necessary equipment
- Configure new workstations and troubleshoot employees on technical problems encountered
- Manage about 20% of the time networks, servers, and cybersecurity policies
- Work closely with the CEO and be the reference for infrastructure and technical support
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support and IT Infrastructure
- Strong interest in the video game development industry
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Unity, and/or Autodesk 3ds Max
- Strong resourcefulness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- Interest in keeping up to date technically
- Experience in networking and UNIX server management
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
