DELAN is constantly looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join the #DREAMTEAMDELAN. The Recruiter will be responsible of finding the best IT candidates to fill the permanent and/or contract positions of our clients.
Build and maintain a database of candidates;
Conduct interviews (telephone, videoconference and in person);
Prepare presentations of successful candidates to account managers;
Ensure constant follow-up, coach candidates and coordinate client interviews;
Take references and present the job offer;
Develop quality relationships with professionalism and transparency;
Work closely with other recruiters and account managers in a supportive atmosphere.
Professional experience as an IT Recruiter (strong asset) or IT Sales/Business Development;
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset);
Knowledge of an ATS;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
Sense of initiative, autonomy, and customer service;
Strong team spirit, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills;
BAC in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Computer Science, or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required and functional English).
