IT Project Manager (Business Processes)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will be responsible of analyzing the business processes of the various departments of the company to promote continuous improvement.

MORE PRECISELY

Facilitate needs assessment workshops;

Optimize procedures and business processes;

Plan timelines and manage the budget for the various projects;

Follow up and ensure the optimal progress of each project;

Work at the heart of an IT team made up of 8 people.

PROFILE

1+ year of experience in Continuous Improvement / Process Optimization;

Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kaizen, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies;

Strong spirit of collaboration;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
