IT Procurement Specialist

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Specialist will be responsible for the company’s IT category procurement, in a context of major digital transformation.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze the needs of internal customers and be able to challenge the people in question
• Make recommendations on best practices and procurement strategies in order to reduce costs and consolidate needs.
• Participate in the risk analysis related to procurement needs and the drafting of calls for tenders
• Collaborate in the development and drafting of calls for tenders and contracts
• Negotiate with the various suppliers and ensure compliance with all terms of the contract
• Be at the heart of a team of 10 people and work in collaboration with the various departments (Architecture, Infrastructure, Software, etc.)

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in writing calls for tenders, including 6+ years in IT
• Strong knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and software such as Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft
• Comfortable in a corporate environment
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, proactiveness and team spirit
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
