IT Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the company with approximately 500 employees, while being responsible for two System/Network Administrators and two IT Technicians.

• Maintain IT infrastructure operations and ensure system performance
• Plan priorities, Coach the team, and contribute to their professional development
• Bring ideas to optimize the infrastructure, manage the project portfolio and the IT budget
• Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco, Dell, Workday

PROFILE

• 6+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as IT Manager
• Professional experience in Windows environment, Microsoft 365, VMware
• Good knowledge of Cisco equipment
• Skills in budget management and priority management
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
