The Team Manager will be responsible of managing the IT Infrastructure of the company, while managing a team of 6 people (System/Network Administrators and IT Technicians).
Collect the needs of senior management and identify potential solutions;
Support the team in complex tasks and assign resources to priorities;
Plan projects, track progress, manage suppliers and track costs;
Manage operating projects and work in a Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware environment;
Coach and mobilize the team, perform performance evaluations and establish retention strategies;
Set up performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of the team;
Work closely with two other Team Managers (Development and IT Security).
2+ years of experience as a Team Manager;
10+ years of experience as a System/Network Administrator;
Experience in Windows environment, Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware;
Desire to stay hands-on;
Skills in project management and priority management;
Experience in setting up performance indicators;
Team spirit and collaboration;
Good communication skills;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
