IT Infrastructure Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Manager will be responsible of managing IT infrastructure projects in multi-client mode, to ensure the performance and optimization of the environments.

MORE PRECISELY

Analyze clients’ IT business needs;

Plan the various projects (modernization, upgrading of infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.);

Set up the solutions and carry out the installations;

Manage the relationship with customers and support them strategically;

Supervise the complete life cycle of IT infrastructures.

PROFILE

8+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager;

Professional experience in a multi-client environment;

Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure;

Experience with Windows, VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft 365;

Experience in Cloud environment and storage network (SAN);

Good knowledge of networking (IP telephony, LAN, WAN, Wifi);

Knowledge of Citrix and Linux (assets);

Communication skills, business acumen and excellent customer service);

DEC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism (French and English).
