Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for participating in the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the various business units of a multinational.
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze in depth existing processes and identify opportunities to optimize operations
- Establish technical specifications in Finance, Supply and/or Customer Service
- Be the technical point of contact between the business specialists and the IT team
- Promote the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and the customization of features
- Work within a project team of more than 50 people
- Participate in the entire project delivery cycle (analysis, design, testing, training, etc.)
- Ensure effective communication to ensure sound management of change in the company
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst
- Experience in Microsoft environment (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Team Foundation, Project)
- Strong interest in improving business processes and sound change management
- Problem solving skills and strong analytical mind
- Good communication skills, focused on collaboration
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
