Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the needs for different applications, while being the only IT resource in a team of approximately 50 Intellectual Property legal experts.
MORE PRECISELY
- Collect department requirements to optimize business processes and maximize efficiency
- Work in an environment on Microsoft 365 and legal domain applications (Pattsy and Elite 3E)
- Extract data and generate statistics, using SQL queries and Microsoft Power BI
- Support employees on the use of these applications and develop technical training
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of the legal field (very strong asset)
- Experience in SQL queries and data extraction with Microsoft Power BI
- Professionalism and interest in a very corporate environment
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (English and French)
