IT Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the work of company employees by promoting the use of Microsoft 365 tools to optimize processes.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze the requirements, map the processes, and detail the operations
• Follow the updates of the different applications, test the functionalities, and plan the deployments
• Contribute to employee training on new features
• Maintain technical documentation and write various reports
• Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, DocuSign, Adobe
• Work within a national project management team

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with DocuSign and Adobe
• Interest in a very corporate environment
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
