IT Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Director will be responsible for the strategic vision of information technology, aligned with the organization’s business objectives.

MORE PRECISELY

• Defines the technology vision and aligns IT priorities with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Implements and ensures the consistency of the IT strategic plan
• Oversees digital projects, day-to-day operations, security, and IT compliance
• Provides strategic advice to management and ensures the implementation of IT policies
• Manages external vendors, conducts technology monitoring, and develops talent within the IT team

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 6 years in team management
• Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics environment and large-scale digital projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and IT standards
• Good knowledge of external vendor contract management and ITIL/PMP standards (an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration
• Bilingualism: French/English
