IT Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision and driving the IT projects of a large company in the midst of digital transformation. He will be responsible for a team of less than 10 people (recruitment to come).

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze all current IT systems (infrastructure, networks, applications, data, architecture, cybersecurity, processes, etc.)
• Develop and implement a strategic plan and clear objectives over several years in order to establish a future vision at the cutting edge of technology
• Ensure the management of the project portfolio according to the roadmap in place
• Be the guarantor of the good management of the team (skills development, recruitment, evaluation, motivation, etc.)
• Design the governance framework for all IT (policies, processes, procedures, compliance with best practices, etc.)
• Manage relationships with suppliers as well as all IT budgets of approximately $3M

PROFILE

• 15+ years in a similar role as a senior IT director (strategic plan, digital transformation)
• Mastery of project management and in the creation and execution of strategic plans
• Experience in the entire IT sphere (infrastructure, networks, architecture, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent leadership and strategic mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
