The IT Director will be responsible of managing a team of 6 people (System/Network Administrator, IT Technicians, Fullstack Developer, Business Analysts, Project Managers).
Bring a long-term vision and establish short-term priorities;
Supervise the administration of the infrastructure and ensure IT security;
Ensure the success of various IT projects, such as the deployment of Microsoft 365 and the ERP implementation;
Report to the President and contribute to the growth of the company, now having more than 300 employees;
Work in a Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange environment.
8+ years of IT experience;
Relevant experience in employee management;
Professional experience in ERP and CRM system implementation;
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Exchange;
Leadership, autonomy and initiative;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
