IT Deployment Coordinator

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Deployment Coordinator will be responsible of coordinating the various deployments relating to regular updates of the company’s main solution for several customers.

MORE PRECISELY

Produce functional documentation;

Train customers on the new features relating to the various updates;

Participate in the testing of new features developed;

Collaborate with developer and deployment teams.

PROFILE

2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator;

Professional experience in IT Deployment;

Good communication skills and excellent client service;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
