Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Delivery Director will be responsible for setting up the foundations of the project office (PMO) and ensuring the success of the company’s IT projects, which is embarking on a major shift towards SAP S/4HANA.

- Manage a team of 5 people and align project planning
- Promote the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives and better prioritization of projects
- Ensure the implementation of change management plans and team satisfaction
- Maximize the efficiency of resource allocation, speed of execution and quality of deliverables
- Optimize project management and delivery processes to evolve the maturity of the PMO
- Work in an environment on SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Professional experience in project management in medium/large companies
- Good knowledge of the SAP, Salesforce and/or Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience in setting up or leading a new project office
- PMP and/or Agile certifications (strong assets)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
