Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Change Management Specialist will be responsible for contributing to a major Microsoft Dynamics implementation project over the next 5 years, ensuring the impact on company processes and employees.

• Develop sound IT change management strategies
• Ensure a smooth transition during technological changes and process improvements
• Analyze impacts, plan communication, and manage knowledge transfer
• Work in close collaboration with the various IT teams
• Work in a Windows, Azure, Microsoft Dynamics environment

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• Professional experience in IT
• Autonomy and analytical mind
• Mastery of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics (strong asset)
• Experience in Agile environment (asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
